Drug Testing

Every competitor will take a polygraph examination set by appointment only **Marijuana, CBD, and other drugs that cause an intoxicating effect may not be used for 48 hours prior to polygraph drug testing** Appointments are set in order of entries received. The fee for the polygraph must be paid in cash on the day of the test. Testing is good for 6 weeks for Amateurs. Open and overall winners will be urine tested. Promoters have the discretion to ask any competitor to submit a urine specimen without notice.

Competition Tan Announcement

All rub on oil based or messy tanning solutions are not permitted. If our staff see such products on your skin, you will be asked to remove it or you will not be allowed to compete. These rules are out of our hands and implemented by venue management.

Tanning Company

All athletes are encouraged to purchase tanning services with Mystic Sol. Only the licensed tanning company is permitted on site at The Sands of Strength.

Weight & Height Cutoffs

Bodybuilding will be split into 3 weight classes

• Lightweight - Under 165lbs (under74.84 kg)
• Middleweight - 165.25-185 lbs (74.95-83.91 kg)
• Heavyweight - Over 185 lbs (Over 83.91 kgs)

• Fit Body & Women's Bodybuilding - 1 class

• Bikini, Figure, Classic Physique & Men's Physique - Split evenly & competitively into height classes

*Bodybuilders must wear a bodybuilding suit. Classic Physique competitors must wear a classic physique suit up to a 4.5" on the side (suit can not touch the upper hamstring). If you are crossing between bodybuilding and classic you must have a suit for both categories (NO exceptions).

No Open/ Novice Crossovers in the Same Category

This rule establishes a fair & level playing field, and also keeps WNBF standards high. Athletes may enter debut and novice, but first time competitors should not enter OPEN without competition experience.

Media Release Consent

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Sands of Strength, Island Tan/Mystic Sol, Impact Fitness, Ken Hayes Photography and the WNBF Federation (collectively referred to as “the Company”), and its representatives, the right and permission to capture and use photographs and/or video recordings of me for promotional, marketing, advertising, and educational purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Company websites and digital content
• Print marketing materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, banners)
• Event promotions, advertising, and online campaigns

I understand and agree that:

These images and videos may be edited, published, reproduced, and distributed publicly. I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of these materials. My identity may be disclosed in captions, commentary, or related descriptions. I release the Company and all persons acting under its authority from any and all liability that may arise from the use of such media, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement.

Waiver

In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby intend to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and waive and releases any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against World Natural Bodybuilding Federation Sands of Strength (Sands of Strength LLC), Mystic Sol LLC,  Promoter(s), Amy Acosta, Jason Sweetman, Andrea Sweetman, Erie H. Meyer Civic Center, and any sponsors, agents, representatives and assigns for any and all injuries and/or losses suffered by me as a result of my participation and/or attendance at the event I have entered.
