If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.
I, the undersigned, understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
I accept that neither the instructor, nor Indoor Cat Events LLC, Auraria Higher Education Center, or VegFest Colorado is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.
I acknowledge that I do not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, or physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent me from participating in this yoga class. If required, I will obtain a medical examination for clearance.
I understand that only pre-sale ticket holders are permitted to take this class, and must sign up in advance.
I understand that VegFest vendors will be setting up their stations while class is taking place. They will be directed to do so as quietly as possible to not disturb students during yoga class.
I understand that VegFest Colorado will officially open to the public at 10:00am, and although yoga class will end at 9:30am, I will allow vendors to fully set up their booths and open at the appropriate time, and I will not rush them.
