Really Big Time Online Silent Auction Donation Form

Our silent auction will LIVE and On-Line. It will be loaded on-line in mid-July prior to our 26th Annual Foundation Celebration taking place on July 22nd. A small auction will be held at the Golf Classic on June 30th. If you have a preference on where your item is featured, please list that below. This form is due by June 16th for all items. Golf auction items should be delivered by June 20th. Foundation Celebration auction items should be delivered by July 7th.

The mission of the St. Paul Area Chamber Foundation is to make targeted investments to develop and support engaged leaders who enhance a vibrant East Metro business community.

We provide the following to our members and the St. Paul/East Metro community:

Leadership programs such as Leadership St. Paul and the Equity Leadership Series to educate members on the issues facing our community.
Fundraising initiatives to address the most pressing issues surrounding workforce development and education.

Please consider donating an item for the 2025 Silent Auction.

Your donation will support the work of the Foundation and create a visible impression for your organization and connect with a new and broader audience.

Offer items from $100 to $2000 of value or more that will attract silent auction bidders.

Special dinners	Gift baskets	Autographed items
Spa services	Hotel packages	Unique experiences
Tickets to events	Gift cards	Food baskets

The Process:

Complete the form below and submit this form by June 16th. Please make arrangements to upload, mail, or drop off your item at the Chamber office by June 20 if donating to Golf and July 7th if donating to the Celebration.

If dropping off, please make arrangements with brittani@stpaulchamber.com to be sure there is someone to greet you within our summer hours. The St. Paul Area Chamber Charitable Foundation is located at 401 North Robert Street, Suite 150, Saint Paul, MN 55101.
Your organization’s name and logo will be featured on the auction site with your donation.
