  • Overview

    Our After-School Enrichment program provides children (from JK to Gr 8) with a calm, supportive space after the school day to unwind, connect, and continue learning in meaningful ways.

    Sessions blend homework support, guided enrichment activities, and open-ended play.

    Programming follows BEL-C’s learning cycle — Play • Think • Create • Reflect — supporting confidence, independence, and social connection.

    This is a drop-off enrichment program.

  • Days: Monday to Friday
    Time: 3:30–6:30 PM
    Ages/Class Band: 4-12 years / Grades JK–8
    Format: Drop-off after school
    Rate: $55 per session (time-limited) or reduced rates for ongoing enrollment

    After-School Enrichment operates as a small, consistent group.
    Sessions run only when the minimum enrolment is met.

  • Enrollment and Fee Schedule

    Our After-School Enrichment sessions run Monday to Friday from 3:30–6:30 PM. Please select one enrollment option below. Each option represents a package with a fixed total price.

    • This mode is designed for families seeking consistency and routine.
    • Enrollment is confirmed by purchasing a session block, paid in full at registration.
    • This secures your child’s place and supports stable planning, so we are always ready for them.

  • Time-Limited Enrollment

    Time-limited enrollment is available for families seeking short-term or one-off attendance, subject to space availability.

    If your desired program is currently full or registration has closed, please complete our waitlist form to add your child to the queue.

  • Program Conditions

    To ensure quality programming and appropriate staffing, After-School Enrichment sessions run only when the minimum number of enrolled children is met.

    Families will be notified once enrolment is confirmed. If minimum enrolment is not met, any payments made will be refunded or credited.

    Registration for BEYOND Learning Days closes 5 calendar days before the program date.

    Late registrations cannot be accepted and will be redirected to the waitlist.

          • Drop-Off & Student Pick-Up Information

            This form is for After-School Enrichment only. This is a drop-off program, and our experienced, caring facilitators are always on hand to welcome children upon arrival and support them through dismissal.

            Student pick-up options may be arranged on request:

            1. Bus station pick-up at the corner of St. Joseph Boulevard and St. Jean Road
            2. School pick-up and transportation, subject to availability

            Families interested in transportation support are asked to contact us at admin@beaconselcollective.ca to discuss options and logistics.

            End of Day Pick-Up Policy
            Timely pick-up is required at the end of the program day.
            A late pick-up fee of $20 per 15 minutes applies after the scheduled end time of the session.

          • Health and Safety

            BEACONS Early Learning Collective follows all applicable municipal, provincial, and facility health and safety guidelines, including those set by the City of Ottawa and public health authorities.

            Children must be well enough to participate fully in the day. Parents may be contacted for early pick-up if a child becomes unwell or is unable to participate safely.
