In order to keep customer costs down and ensure kennel space is available for everyone; we hereby implement the following policies:
Boarding / Daycare
- All clients are required to keep a valid debit or credit card on file with Hefner Road Pet Resort.
Clients who do not wish to abide by this policy will be required to pay all boarding service fees upon scheduling a reservation.
- Cancellation of a reservation requires a 24-hour notice.
If we are notified within less than 24 hours of your appointment you wish to cancel, we will charge the card on file for the full cost of your reservation.
- Drop-off time is after 3:00 P.M. to ensure there will be space for your pet.
- Pick-up time must be before 1:00 P.M. on the day of your pet’s departure. Any pick-up later than 1:00 P.M. will result in an additional daycare fee.
- Any client that has three no-show and/or last-minute cancellations will be charged for scheduled services by the card on file unless they place a new reservation and pre-pay 100% of the requested services at time of scheduling.
Grooming
- All clients are required to keep a valid debit or credit card on file with Hefner Road Pet Resort.
Clients who do not wish to abide by this policy will be required to pay all grooming service fees upon scheduling an appointment.
- Cancellation of a reservation requires a 24-hour notice.
If we are notified within less than 24 hours of your appointment you wish to cancel, we will charge the card on file for 50% of the cost of your appointment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your grooming reservation, you will incur a $15 late fee per pet.
- No-call/no-show requires 100% pre-pay prior to the next appointment.
By signing below, I understand and agree to the cancellation and no-show policies listed above. I authorize Hefner Road Pet Resort to charge the card listed below if I do not abide by the policies stated above. I understand if I decline to allow Hefner Road Pet Resort to keep my debit or credit card on file, I must pay for services upon scheduling my pet(s) appointment(s).
