This form is a critical step in the process where we learn about your child's needs and your family's expectations.
Overview

The Learning Hub provides small-group tutoring, academic support and/or alternate learning.

Sessions strengthen subject understanding, support assessment preparation, and build effective study habits that transfer across courses. Tutors guide students to ask questions, analyze problems, and apply strategies independently.

Study and learning skills are embedded within tutoring to support success in Ontario’s credit-based secondary school system.

Programming reflects BEL-C’s learning cycle — Explore • Investigate • Create • Reflect — adapted for academic learning through discussion, guided practice, and reflection.

This is a drop-off academic support program, not childcare.

The amounts below reflect the monthly tuition for each enrolled learner.

As a privately operated, for-profit microschool, The Learning Hub does not receive government funding. Tuition supports intentionally small learning groups, project-based learning, educational resources, and ongoing documentation of each learner's academic and personal growth.

First-Time Enrolments
All first-time enrolments require a non-refundable minimum commitment equivalent to three (3) months of tuition, consisting of the first month's tuition and a tuition deposit equal to two (2) months' tuition.

The Tuition Deposit will be applied to your child's final two months of enrolment, provided a minimum of 60 days' written notice of withdrawal is given.

If less than 60 days' written notice is provided, the Tuition Deposit will be applied only to the final month of attendance, and the remaining balance will be forfeited.

Annual Registration & Administration Fee
Most families will have already paid the Annual Registration & Administration Fee during the admissions process. If you have not yet paid this fee, please select the appropriate option below.
