We’re so happy you’re here. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, relaxing, and revitalizing experience. This is a self serve sauna so someone may not always be available to greet you. Please read over the directions and waiver carefully before booking & arriving to your appointment.

How to book: Complete the online waiver and pay for one session or a discounted package of 6. After payment you will be re-directed to the online booking site. If this is your first visit, you will have to create an account first. If you paid for one session, you will have to complete the waiver each time you book as that is the only way to pre-pay. If you pay for 6, you can book all 6. You will have to complete the waiver again when you purchase another package. 

 

Pay as you go:
15 Minute Session - $40+hst
30 Minute Session - $65+hst

Packages of 6: 
6x 15 Minute Sessions - $222+hst (Save $18)
6x 30 Minute Sessions - $360+hst (Save $30)

Infrared Sauna Consent and Liability Waiver

Please take a moment to review and sign the agreement below before your session. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, please consult your physician before proceeding with a treatment. Not recommended for children under 12. 

Health and Wellness Acknowledgment:

1. I understand that sauna use can have health benefits but also carries risks if underlying medical conditions are present. 
2. I confirm that I have no medical conditions or concerns that prohibit sauna use and/or I have received permission from my doctor to safely proceed. 
3. I understand that sauna use involves physical exertion and exposure to elevated heat, and I assume full responsibility for any risks or outcomes associated with my session.
4. I understand that certain medications (such as blood pressure medications, stimulants, or diuretics) may increase risks during sauna use.
5. I understand that for safe practices I will be fully hydrated before, during and after my sauna session.
6. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to monitor my own physical condition. I agree to listen to my body and exit immediately if I feel lightheaded, overheated, dizzy, or unwell.
7. I understand that I am not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during my session. 
8. I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with sauna use.

Mandatory Items: 

1. Please bring a clean towel. We do not provide laundered items.
2. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your treatment.

Session Care and Hygiene:

1. Please shower before arriving to your session. 
2. Please ensure you are sitting on a clean towel during your session.
3. I understand that failure to follow hygiene guidelines may result in being denied future access. 

Prohbited Items & Sauna Care:

1. I agree to treat the Sauna and it's elements (door, handles, lights, speakers, control panel, butttons, etc.) with extreme care and respect.
2. I understand that only water is permitted in the sauna. No foods or other liquids are to be brought into the sauna. Spills or stains from any other substances may result in cleaning or repair fees. 
3. I understand that no personal electronics (phones, smartwatches, earbuds, etc.) are permitted inside the sauna, and if I choose to bring them in, I do so at my own risk.
4. I agree not to apply any lotions, creams, oils, serums, or any other substances to my skin prior or during my sauna session. Only clean, dry skin and water are permitted inside the sauna.
5. I understand that the sauna is inspected between appointments and I will be responsible for paying for any damages or replacement parts that may result from accidental or intentional misuse, neglect or improper treatment of the sauna or it's components during my session.

Time Management: 

I agree to honor my appointment to the best of my ability, arrive on time and only utilize the sauna for the time that I paid for.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a sauna appointment. You will be responsible for the full payment of the session if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or miss an appointment. If you have a package, the time will automatically be deducted form your package without notice.
