Occasional medical issues can occur during boarding. In the event your pet experiences any medical problems, our Veterinarian at Hefner Road Animal Hospital can examine your pet and provide treatment. Our staff at Hefner Road Animal Hospital will contact you regarding examination findings and treatment.

To help prevent the spread of infectious disease and external/internal parasites, we require all vaccinations and a negative fecal exam to be current with proof of FDA-approved preventatives given regularly. When you schedule with us, we will verify with your veterinarian that your pet’s vaccines, fecal exam, and prevention are up to date.

I understand that up-to-date vaccinations and a current fecal exam are required for boarding and grooming. If my pet is not up to date on their vaccinations or fecal exam, I authorize the Veterinarian at Hefner Road Animal Hospital to administer necessary vaccinations and/or perform a fecal exam and I will be responsible for cost. I understand if the staff of Hefner Road Pet Resort and/or Hefner Road Animal Hospital notice any fleas or ticks on my pet, prevention will be administered, and I will be responsible for cost.   (Initial)

Our Pet Resort will provide all the comforts of home, so please do not bring items with your pet. This will help us keep our facility free from infectious diseases and parasites. This includes but is not limited to beds, bowls, and toys. We care about the well-being of your pet while they stay with us and we will provide lots of love and cuddles. Every pet is provided with a comfortable bed and their own bowls for food and water. They all have individual time outside multiple times a day with our kennel staff. Playtime and time in our splash pad (weather permitting) will be provided upon request for an additional fee. We look forward to having your pet stay with us!
