I'm Heather Ferrante and am super excited you are considering joining us for the September OC California Esther Experience! We had such a great response for our summer experience that we are offering one more here in the states this year. 

The Experience will be taking place this  September 4-7, 2025 in South Orange County, CA.  This will be a 3-day, 3 night-experience. It will kick off Thursday evening  and end Sunday early evening. If you would like to add on another night for an additional fee you are welcome to do so.  Plan to be overwhelmed by God's goodness and pampered like crazy. 

What can you expect? 

September 4th: Arrive to Orange County and Check-in. Exact location will be shared closer to the event.  Everyone will need to find their own transportation to CA and to and from the event venue. Our Welcome Reception will kick off at 6:30pm. 

Friday September 5th: 

Session 1: 9am-12:30pm

12:30 -1:00 Lunch Break at venue 

1:00-2:15 Session 2 

2:15-2:45 Break

3:00 leave for Newport Beach

3:40 Meet at Dock

4:15-6:15 Boat Experience 

7:15 or 7:30 dinner

8pm-? pool & hangout time

Saturday September 6th: 

9:00- 9:45 Session 1

9:45-12: Session 2- Makeover session 

12 -12:30 lunch at venue 

12:30-1 break get ready for afternoon experience 

1:00 pm Surprise! Were going to DISNEYLAND!! Transportation will be provided. 

2-9 pm Disney day (dinner on own)

9:30 shuttle back to main house 

Sunday, September 7th

9-10:30 Session 1

10:45-2:00 Brunch break @ Special Location 

3:00-5:00pm Photoshoot & closing session *

*Group Photoshoot will be happening as we do at all of our experiences. Time and Day is to be determined based on the availability of the photographer.

Giveaways and Surprises

Airfare to and from CA is NOT included. You will need to book your travel to CA and to and from the venue on your own. Closest Airport is SNA- John Wayne (30 mins) Long Beach (45mins)  or San Diego (1hr.) 

The theme for this weekend will be about practical ways to partner with beauty and. strengthen yourself in the Lord. You will dive deeper in ways to embrace your inner, outer and expressive beauty, all while letting yourself let your hair down and have fun.

Come and get refreshed and renewed both inwardly/spiritually and outwardly/physically. We will have time to experience some of the iconic fun here locally in Orange County where the weather in September is still sunny & incredible, think - the ultimate girls getaway.  Time for you with other women who also love Jesus, want a little break and need refreshing.  That will be the agenda.

Pricing Information

Thanks for taking an interest in this years OC Esther Experience. I'm sure if you've gotten this far into the application you are wondering how much this experience will be? 

This investment covers the price of the retreat : most meals, snacks & lodging for 3 days/3 nights, swag & the overall experience 

To secure your spot for this Experience, a $500 non refundable retainer deposit is required. Spots will be held on a first come first serve basis. And there are limited spaces available. 

All reservations minus the deposit are refundable until August 1st. After August 1st, all reservations are non-refundable  Payments must be paid in full by August 15th.
