Flinders Council provides yearly funding for projects that promote community connection, access, and participation in our municipality. For the 2024/2025 Community Grants project, $10,000 has been allocated.

The Community Grants program for the 2024/2025 financial year is now accepting applications. To be considered, applications must be submitted by COB Tuesday 4th June 2024. The June Council meeting will decide on the successful applications.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
How will you acknowledge Council for their support of your Project? (e.g. Council logo placement, in a newsletter, signs at an event, announcement at monthly meeting)

ACQUITTAL
The project must be completed and the grant formally acquitted within the 2025/2026 financial year.
- Successful applicants will be sent a link to the online acquittal form.
- Applicants must attach invoices for the approved expenditure for reimbursement within 2 months of the project’s completion.
- Council would like to promote successful projects on the Council’s website and/or Facebook page.
- Applicants are requested to provide a brief report (1/2 to 1 page) on the success/benefits of the project, including photos, as part of the acquittal.
