We bring the donkeys, you bring the beer, the donkeys will bring the party! You provide the drinks and glasses, we just provide the donkeys and fantastic service. Don't forget your friends who are driving, a non-alcoholic choice is always a great addition to the mix.

Beer Burro: Please provide the beer and have it on ice beforehand. Bottles, not cans, please as they encourage guests to allow us to serve them.Mixed Drinks: Think Moscow Mules and Manhattans! Premixed drinks such as "Rod and Hammer" are recommended.Wine Donkey: Be sure to provide glasses for your guests and chill white wine in advance.Tequila Burro: Please provide shot glasses, salt and cut limes. Lemonade shots make a fun non-alcoholic addition.Churro Burro/Cookie Donkey: Please have your treats individually wrapped up for us. Maybe little milks as well? Frozen Churros can be found at Smart and Final, Costco and online. Because our little burro's wellbeing is ALWAYS our #1 concern, we never guarantee which donkey we bring. If you have a favorite, let us know and we will do our best.

I have read through the Faqs section on the Boozy Burros websiteI understand that the owners and employees of Boozy Burros may not provide any alcohol.While we will do our best to prevent underage drinking and over drinking, Boozy Burros and employees may not be held responsible for underage guests or over serving. It is highly recommended and the Client’s responsibility to provide drink tickets and/or legal age bracelets or stamps if there will be under age guests present.Contract is not binding unless confirmation is received. Any changes to the date, time or location of the event after receiving confirmation, must be submitted in writing for approval.Deposits: Required to secure date, along with completed questionnaire form. Deposit is $200 and is non-refundable. This holds your desired date\time of service. Deposit is only valid for the stated location and time. Changes must be made in writing and approved ahead of time.Dealing with animals can be unpredictable. While our animals are trained to handle many situations, we can not guarantee they will be agreeable to all requests. Small spaces, loud noises, stairs, etc... may cause delays of arrival time. In the event that the animal's refusal causes delays, there will be no refunds unless there was negligence on the part of our staff.Rain Policy: Cancellation due to inclement weather is at the discretion of the company. We will arrive in light rain, unless we are notified of your desire to cancel 24 hours in advance.

Please check with your venue or consult your coordinator to see if the venue needs to be listed as additionally insured on our policy. If so, please state the venue's name and address as requested by the venue. An additional $20 charge applies for each additionally insured to be listed. If you do not have this information now, please send it as soon as possible.
