Charm Bar Party Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in booking our Charm Bar Experience. Please review the following policies carefully before submitting your inquiry.

Booking & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
No deposit = No booking. Your date is not reserved until payment is received.
The deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to your event date.
Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

Late Payment Policy

A $20 late fee will be applied to invoices not paid by the stated due date.
Late fees apply if payment is received within 24 hours after the due date or later.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.
If you provide at least 7 days written notice via email, your event may be rescheduled to a new available date.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days notice) will incur a $75 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

Travel Fees

A $65 travel fee applies to events within Houston and surrounding areas.
Events outside of the Houston area (such as Austin, San Antonio, or other cities) will require a custom travel quote based on distance and accommodations if necessary.

Dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit payment.
A formal quote and booking instructions will be sent after your inquiry is reviewed.
