On receipt of this application, Holistic Wellness Community will email me a recurring invoice with instalments from their bookkeeping software Xero. I must click the green PAY NOW icon and follow the instructions to set up a Direct Debit with Go Cardless.

The Parties agree to secure the amount of debt by entering into a new agreement where the above amount will be paid over 20 equal weekly payments according to the terms and conditions provided below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT PLAN
On receipt of this Payment Agreement Contract, Holistic Wellness Community will email an invoice and direct debit request form to the debtor.

The debtor will complete the direct debit request form within 5 business days of receiving the invoice from Holistic Wellness Community.

It is the responsibility of the debtor to make sure that there are sufficient funds in their bank accounts. It is also the responsibility of the debtor to catch up on any missed payments.

As tickets to the Fearless Women's Forest Gathering are non-refundable, payment plans are also non-refundable. In the event that a debtor does not honour this agreement and pay all of the installments, previous installments will be forfeited and a ticket will not be issued.

Tickets will be issued only when the payment plan is complete.

All payment plans must be completed by April 5th, 2026.

In the event that a debtor wishes to sell their ticket, they will need to complete the payment plan and then use Tixel to onsell their ticket.
