Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement

CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the

Effective Date by and between:

Carol Copeland Ministries ("Disclosing Party"), a service provider operating through the website

www.iamawife.org, and the recipient of services ("Receiving Party"

The Disclosing Party provides services including but not limited to spiritual guidance, coaching, mentorship,

and ministry-related offerings. In connection with these services, confidential information may be shared with

the Receiving Party. This Agreement governs the protection and use of such confidential information.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

- Personal, financial, or business information shared during services;

- Any business plans, content, or materials not publicly released;

- Any other information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.

3. Obligations of Receiving Party

- Not disclose or share the information with any third party without written consent;

- Use the information solely for the purpose of receiving services;

- Take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of all shared materials.

This Agreement does not apply to information that:

- Becomes publicly available through no fault of the Receiving Party;

Is obtained legally from a third party without breach of this Agreement;

- Is required by law to be disclosed, with prior notice to the Disclosing Party (unless legally prohibited

All Confidential Information remains the sole property of the Disclosing Party. No rights or licenses are

granted to the Receiving Party except as necessary to participate in the services offered.

6. Non-Liability and Waiver of Legal Action

The Receiving Party expressly agrees that they shall not initiate, support, or pursue any form of legal action,

complaint, or claim--past, present, or future--against:

- The founder, owner(s), or affiliates of Carol Copeland Ministries,

- The business entity or platform known as "I Am a Wife,"

for any reason arising out of, connected to, or relating to the services provided, the content shared, advice

given, or any experiences related to Carol Copeland Ministries. This waiver is full, final, and binding, and is

knowingly and voluntarily agreed upon.

This Agreement shall remain in effect throughout the duration of the services and for a period of [insert

number] years thereafter. Upon termination of services, all Confidential Information must be returned or

handled exclusively within the courts of that jurisdiction.

- This is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings.

- Any amendment must be in writing and signed by both parties.

- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect.

By engaging in services offered through Carol Copeland Ministries, the Receiving Party acknowledges and

agrees to be bound by all terms of this Agreement, including the waiver of legal claims.
