EVENT AVAILABILITY

The event kicks off at 10 am and finishes at 3 am on Saturday 19 July (Brisbane); and at 10 am and finishes at 11 pm on Sunday 20th July (Sydney). Volunteers are required to do at least 3 hours of work. We want you to have fun during your shift. Please be mindful that it is thanks to you that we can run this event. If for any reason you cannot make it on the day, please try to let us know in advance.
I understand the responsibility that comes with being a volunteer, and I am eager to take it on.
When would you be available?*
VOLUNTEER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. I agree to turn up to my rostered shifts on time, and to advise the MICO Fest organisers well in advance if my availability for rostered shifts changes.
2. I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of MICO Fest staff.
3. I agree to turn up to my rostered shift at least 15 minutes before the scheduled shift I will not turn up to a rostered shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. I agree to advise MICO Festl staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete tasks that have been assigned to. We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible.
5. I agree to inform my supervisor immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities.
6. As a volunteer of the MICO Fest, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival.
7. I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with MICO Fest staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested.
8. I understand that I am volunteering my services to MICO Fest and will not receive any remuneration for my services.
