The following standard equipment will be available for all paper presentations and mini-seminars:

LCD projector
screen
a microphone
computer speakers

Presenters must bring a copy of their presentation on a flash/USB drive to be used with the supplied laptop.

Indicate any special equipment essential to your presentation not listed above. Requests for special audiovisual equipment must be justified. There is no guarantee that your request will be granted; however, SAC will make every effort to ensure that the equipment is available should the paper be accepted.
