Return training for instructors will be held on-snow throughout December 2025 and is organized by years of experience.
For SKI instructors with 1–3 years of experience, full-day on-snow sessions (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) will be offered on the following dates:
December 7 (Sunday)December 10 (Wednesday)December 14 (Sunday)December 17 (Wednesday)December 21 (Sunday)Each staff member in this group is expected to attend one full-day session to refresh technical skills and prepare for the season.
For SKI returning staff with 4 or more years of experience, half-day on-snow sessions (either 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM) will be held on:

For BOARD return on snow training, each staff member is expected to sign up for 1 full day (9:00am - 4:00pm). Dates below:

Welcome to the Okemo Ski and Ride School team! As part of your onboarding, please select your preferred training dates from the options provided. These sessions are designed to prepare you for a successful and safe season on the mountain. Training is required for all new instructors, so be sure to choose dates that work best for your schedule. We’re excited to have you join us and can’t wait to get started!
* During Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, Saturday and Sunday are required workdays. Please select January 17th and 18th, also select a minimum of 2 additional days in January.
* During the first weekend of Presidents' Week, Saturday and Sunday are required workdays. Please select February 14th and 15th.

This schedule is specifically designed for those who may not be able to commit to our standard 25-day or 18-part-time schedule. Instead, we are counting on your availability during our peak holiday periods, which are crucial for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
The holiday periods in focus are as follows:
December 21st through January 4th Martin Luther King weekend: January 18th and 19thPresidents weekend: February 15th and 16thTo meet the operational demands during these times, we kindly request a minimum availability of 10 days.
