B2L is proud to offer Teams for Boys & Girls Grades 2-12. B2L has Elite Teams and Fundamental Teams with some Teams playing on the PUMA Nxt Pro Shoe Circuit. All players must attend tryouts, if you are unable to please email us. All teams practice 2x a week and play in 4+ tournaments.

Registration Fee:

The Registration fee is $30 for all players. Cash/check accepted. Payments should be mailed to 17 Conrad Road Melrose, MA 02176 before tryouts.

Release of Liability

In consideration of acceptance of my application as a participant in the Basketball to the Limit also known as Morris B2L Academy, LLC (hereinafter referred to as B2L) program, I agree that my participation and my child’s participation in B2L activities, including but not limited to, basketball games, practices, and transportation to and from such activities, shall not in any way cause liability to the B2L organization, its Officers, Directors, Members, Coaches, Operating Facilities and/or Volunteers. More specifically, I (for myself and on my child’s behalf) waive, release, and forever discharge B2L and its Officers, Directors, Members, Coaches, Operating Facilities and/or Volunteers from any and all actions, claims and demands for, upon or by any reason of any damage, loss or injury, including pandemics and covid-19, resulting from my participation in any B2L function regardless of any alleged negligence on the part of B2L or its Officers, Directors, Members, Coaches, Operating Facilities and/or Volunteers. I hereby attest and verify that I and my child have full knowledge of the risks involved in the participation of the B2L program and that I and my child assume those risks, that I will assume and pay my own and my child’s own medical expenses and emergency expenses in the event of accident, illness, pandemics including covid-19, or other incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses. I also agree to defend, indemnify and hold B2L its Officers, Directors, Members, Coaches, Operating Facilities and/or Volunteers harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses (including attorney fees), losses, damages, or judgments for personal injuries (including death resulting therefrom) and/or damages to property caused by, resulting from, arising out of or in any way related to my participation or my child’s participation in any B2L functions. I attest that my child is physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the B2L program.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. Morris B2L Academy, LLC (“B2L”) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, B2L cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, any or all activity could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending practices, games, and so forth, and that such exposure orinfection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, coaches, volunteers, and program participants and their families.I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s attendance at or participation in B2L programming (“Claims”). On my behalf,and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Morris B2L Academy, LLC ("B2L"), its employees, agents, andrepresentatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the program, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after any and all participation.

Permission for Emergency Medical Treatment/Medical Care

I confirm that my child/children are in good health and that I have medical insurance on my child/children and will provide coverage while he/she is enrolled. I hearby authorize simple first aid and consent to any x-ray, exam, and medical or surgical diagnosis that is deemed necessary in case of emergency and release, discharge and convenant not to sue for any negligent medical efforts expended on my behalf or on behalf of the minor. Additionally, I hearby agree to individually provide for all possible future medical expenses which may be incurred by my child as a result of any injury sustained while participating at or for all Morris B2L Academy, LLC activities.
