Thanks for your interest in a clinical evaluation for your immigration case. Here are details about my approach to evaluations:

• I meet with the client twice, for about 1 hour to 1.5 hours each time.
• After the 2nd meeting, a detailed report, around 10-15 pages, is written up and provided to you.
• The fee is $500 and includes both meetings, as well as the report.
• The fee can be paid with 1 payment or broken up into 2 payments for no additional fee.
  To set up a payment plan, you must discuss this with me before the first session.
• I accept cash, credit cards, as well as payments over Zelle.
• (Additional fees apply for any court appearances.)
• Due to a wait list, evaluations generally take 2 weeks to complete after the 2nd interview.
• There is a $150 rush fee if someone needs the report within 2 weeks.
• If a client is not comfortable speaking English, the service may be provided in the language requested at no additional cost ONLY if a provider that speaks the client’s native language is a available. If a bilingual provider that speaks the language requested cannot be found an additional fee may be assessed to coordinate a professional interpreter. The fee is dependent on the interpreter and not assessed by Radical Elevation.

For Your Appointment:

• Your appointment can be held online utilizing a HIPAA complaint video teleconferencing platform or in-person at our office.
• If the session is held via video a link will be provided to you the day of the session via email and text message.
