    Please complete a separate copy of this form for each rider in your party. Non-riding members of your party only need to be entered once - not on every form.
  • Rider's Entry Fees

    Entry fee is for the whole weekend includes camping and enter up to three tests. Extra tests can be entered at additional cost.

    Earlybird Rates (until 18th May 2025):

    Full Price - £150

    IHSGB Member Discounted Rate - £100

    Riders may enter extra horses at £75 (member) or £125 (non-member) each.

    Non-riding  persons in the rider's party cost £25 per person.

    Children - Free for first horse. Must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult (£25).

    After 18th May 2025 the rates will be:

    Full price: £170

    IHSGB Members Discount Price: £120

    Riders may enter extra horses at £95 (member) or £145 (non-member) each.

    Children - Free. Must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult.

    Other Charges

    Paddocks are £40 for two days. (NEW) Mandatory if no stable is booked.

    Stables are £100 for two days.

    • IHSGB Sport events are run according the FEIF Rules and Regulations and the FEIF Sport JUdges Guidelines and I hereby accept it is my responsibility to familiarise myself with these (see https://www.feif.org/sport- dept/documents/)
    • In the event that three or fewer combinations would be participating in the final of any given oval track test, IHSGB reserves the right not to go ahead with that final.
    • Video, photographs, and other electronic material will be made by official IHSGB parties at the event and I agree that this material, including information about the rider and horse, is owned exclusively, and may freely be used in public, by IHSGB Ltd.
    • I agree that information about horses and riders (including the owner and breeder as listed in WorldFengur) may be published in the program, on starting lists, in results lists, and in any other publication approved by IHSGB Ltd.
    • I acknowledge that, as per the FEIF Sport Judge Guidelines 2024, “The prime judging criterion should be the harmony between horse and rider. The rider must handle the horse with fairness, delicacy and respect; be its true leader rather than its dominator. At all times the rider must put the horse’s welfare paramount and guard its health and safety."
