Women Veterans! We’re excited to offer complimentary transportation to the FDVA’s Women Veterans Conference in Tallahassee via a charter bus, with a refundable deposit of $10. You can reserve your seat by paying online or by visiting our office to pay in person. Please note that seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis until the bus is fully booked. Please be advised that the charter bus transport is for those planning to stay overnight. Hotels must be booked separately at your own cost.
Departure Information:
- Time: Must be onsite or on the bus NLT 8:50 AM. We will depart promptly at 9:00 AM.
- Departure Location: Women Veterans Ignited office. Subject to change.
- Parking: TBD
- Refund: Check in ith Sharleen when you arrive, and you will receive your $10 deposit back.
- Important: To ensure we stay on schedule, please be advsied that if you do not show up on time or are a no-show without prior notification, your $10 refund will unfortunately be forfeited and the bus will depart without you. We appreciate your understanding!
Arrival Information:
- Time: We expect to arrive at the Westin Tampa Bay, 7627 W Courtney Campbell Cswy, Tampa, FL 33607, NLT 1:00 PM on Friday, June 5th.
Return Information:
- Time: We will depart Tampa at 6:00 PM on Saturday, June 6th.
- Note: Arrival and departure times are subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions.
What to Bring:
Please pack light for your overnight stay. Bring essentials such as a change of clothes, toiletries, medications, supplements, and any medical equipment (CPAP, etc.).
Keep important items in your carry-on for easy access. You may also want to bring snacks, drinks, a phone charger, and small comfort items for the ride.
