Register solo for $25 or as a team of two for $50—just make sure to sign up by August 15 to lock in that rate. After that date, it’s $30 per person. Whether you’re tossing bags for bragging rights or just here for the good times, your registration supports youth conservation education through Ecology Project International. We’re thrilled to have you in the lineup!

Liability Waiver
1. Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in a cornhole tournament involves physical activity and may carry a risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, or accidents. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, property owners, and all other parties associated with this event from any and all claims for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Treatment:
I authorize the event organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am injured or become ill during the event. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

4. Behavior and Conduct:
I agree to follow all tournament rules and conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. I understand that failure to do so may result in my disqualification without refund.

5. Media Release:
I grant permission for photographs or video footage taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers, unless I opt out in writing before the event.

6. Age and Legal Capacity:
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to this waiver. If I am registering a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and accept this waiver on their behalf.

7. Consent to Receive Communications:
By registering for this tournament, I agree to receive email and/or text communications from Ecology Project International (EPI) related to this event and future organizational updates, including newsletters, promotions, and donor solicitations. I understand that I can opt out or unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions included in each message or by contacting EPI directly.
