*RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE SUBMITTING*
* I acknowledge that I am responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or damaged items as follows: $80 per rectangular table, $25 per chair, $200 per 10x10 ft tent, $400 per 10x20 ft tent, and $30 per tablecloth.
* I accept full responsibility for the condition and timely return of all rented items.
* The rented items must not be left unsecured outdoors overnight.
*I acknowledge that PopJoy Rentals is not responsible for any damage to floors, lawns, furniture, landscaping, driveways, or other property that may result from the delivery, setup, use, or removal of rental equipment. It is the renter’s responsibility to provide adequate protection (such as floor coverings, mats, or padding) to prevent damage. By signing this agreement, the renter accepts full responsibility for any damage that may occur during the rental period and agrees that no refunds or claims will be issued for such damages.
* I acknowledge that all items are provided clean and must be returned in the same condition. A $25 cleaning fee applies for excessively dirty items (excluding tablecloths).
* I acknowledge that a refundable damage deposit is necessary to confirm my reservation. This deposit will be returned to me once all items are returned in satisfactory condition.
* I recognize that total payment is due when I receive or pick up the items.
* I understand that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in the forfeiture of the damage deposit.
* ALL SALES AND RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL. Once an order has been, held, paid for, picked up, or delivered, no refunds, cancellations, credits, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstance.”
