    Request an User ID to the MIHOA Scheduling Software

    Please follow the instructions in the link below and we will set up an user id and password. After the MIHOA Admin has set up your user id, you will receive an email with your user id and password.

  • Completing this form will not send the welcome email. The MIHOA Admin will create your user id which could take several days to complete.

  • If you have a user id from last year Team and League affiliations can be changed by following the below steps:

    1. Sign in to your HorizonWebRef account.
    2. Open the link above.
    3. Select the teams you are affiliated with.
    4. Click Save Updated Affiliation.

    Your request is then sent to the MIHOA admin for approval.  The MIHOA Admin will approve the team or organization after registration has been confirmed by the Missouri Hockey Registrar.  Once approved, the change takes effect.

    The approval prosess will take several days.
