If you receive a housing voucher, please include that information below. Please be advised that I am only accepting housing voucher recipients needing placement that have a 3+ bedroom voucher, no evictions, and a 600+ credit score. You may skip these questions if you do not have a voucher.

Financial Assessment
What is your monthly rental budget?
Are you presently employed and able to verify that you make an income of 3x your selected budget amount? You must provide authentic bank statements and check stubs that verify the income flow. If you are a voucher-holder with a monthly contribution to your rent, you must be able to show an income of 3x that amount.
If employed, what is the nature of your position, and how long have you been on the job? (If unemployed, write N/A.)
This comes in handy when crafting letters to listing agents.
What is your household's total verifiable monthly income? (Include the amount of income you receive from benefits like child support, disability, or social security, and label them as such. Example $800 - Social Security.)
Payments by Zelle or Cashapp should not be included in this number. Social security or child support payments are welcome.
Credit Score
Most rental properties will require a 580+ to be approved. Scores under 650 may require an increased deposit of 1.5x the rent or higher.
Are you deposit-ready? Please note that if you have a credit score under 600, you may be asked to pay a 1 - 2x deposit. If you have a score above 600, you may be asked to pay a 1x deposit.
