In connection with my participation in the Event, I hereby grant to Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "Morgan Stanley") my consent and perpetual right to record, display, publish, post, distribute, broadcast, televise, reproduce, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use in any way without limitation (unless restricted below), in whole or in part ("Use"):
- my name, biographical information, any appearance, performance, voice, image, photograph, and any other likeness of me ("Image") and/or any of the individuals named below (collectively, "I" or "me"
Morgan Stanley may Use the Images for the Permitted Purpose in any format or media, now existing or later developed, on a worldwide basis and may permit its representatives and third party service providers to Use the Images solely to the extent necessary to provide services to Morgan Stanley ("Service Providers" The "Permitted Purpose" includes advertising, publicity (including on Morgan Stanley's social media platforms), and any other lawful purpose in connection with the Event. I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with Morgan Stanley's Privacy Policy.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve any final materials created by Morgan Stanley or its Service Providers Using the Images.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Morgan Stanley, its Service Providers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liability arising out of the Use of the Images and/or Content including, without limitation, for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, misappropriation or misuse of image and/or defamation.
This Consent and Release is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflicts of law rules, and shall be binding upon my heirs, successors, and assigns, and inure to the benefit of Morgan Stanley and its successors, licensees, and assigns.
By signing below, I hereby confirm that:
- Unless my parent or legal guardian has signed below, I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have read, understand, and agree to grant the consents, rights and releases herein for myself and on behalf of any minors named below; and
- I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) named below and that I have the legal right to affirm the terms of this document on their behalf.
