    This application is made up of five sections. Section 1 is to collect demographic information about each candidate. Section 2 is an extended answer section that will help us to learn more about you. Section 3 enables you to upload a CV or resume to highlight your work history. Section 4 gives you the option to upload a letter of recommendation. Section 5 deals with financial aid. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAVING YOUR ANSWERS TO THE EXTENDED ANSWER SECTION IN A WORD DOCUMENT JUST IN CASE THERE IS A TECHNICAL ERROR WITH YOUR SUBMISSION.

    If you have any questions about one of these sections, please email training@IPAinternational.org and we will do our best to respond to your query promptly. All written applications are due by 11:59pm PT on August 31, 2025.

    In order for your application to be considered completed and to be reviewed by our team, you must:

    1) submit your written application
    2) pay your $50 USD application fee

    You will be contacted within two weeks of your application being completed about whether or not you have been selected for an interview for the program. All application fees are non-refundable and can be paid via credit card upon completion of the application. YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO SUBMIT PAYMENT AS SOON AS YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION.

    Please note that if you submit an application but do not submit an application fee, your application will not be considered for the program.

    If you do not receive a confirmation email that your application was successfully submitted, please contact training@ipainternational.org to confirm we have received it or if you have to resubmit.

    Financial Aid
  • As with many other programs that prepare a student to change professions, there is a significant financial cost associated with participating in the IC training program. At this time, we offer a limited number of need-based work-study arrangements (we prioritize giving work-study to participants from underrepresented backgrounds) and also offer payment plans, which come with a 5% service fee. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be selected for work-study if you indicate an interest in it, but payment plans are available for anyone accepted into the program.   • Interview Consent Request

  • As part of the interview process, we have started implementing the use of video recording and note taking software. This allows for more accurate note taking and for the entire admissions committee to review the interviews of candidates rather than solely the interviewer present at the time of the interview. Choosing to opt out of the interview being recorded will not affect your chances of admission. If you are invited to interview, are you ok with the use of video recording and note taking software being used?
