Horseback Riding Lesson
This waiver and release of liability is executed by the undersigned in favor of Miracle Steppers & Riderz, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates. I acknowledge that horseback riding is an inherently dangerous activity and voluntarily choose to participate at my own risk.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

▪︎ I understand the risks involved in horseback riding and assume all responsibility for injuries or damages that may occur.

▪︎ I certify that I am physically fit and capable of safely participating in horseback riding activities.

▪︎ I agree to follow all instructions and safety rules given by Miracle Steppers & Riderz staff. - I understand that wearing a helmet is required for all riders under the age of 18 and recommended for all riders.

▪︎ I release and discharge Miracle Steppers & Riderz from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation.
