I acknowledge and agree with Jessica Castro that:

1. Jessica Castro will guide me through the Shining Light Empowerment session to support insight and alignment. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as each experience is unique to the individual and their readiness for growth.
2. These sessions are not hypnosis and do not involve hypnotic induction or a trance state of any kind. 
3. Jessica Castro, who will facilitate the session, is not a physician, psychologist, counselor, or therapist and cannot diagnose, prescribe or treat any mental or physical conditions. The tecniques used in this method are not considered to be a replacement for professional, medical or psychological diagnosis, advice, or treatment.
4. It is my responsibility to consult a medical doctor or health care professional about any changes in my condition or in any medication as well as for diagnosis or treatment of any medical or psychological conditions.
5. Jessica Castro serves as a professional guide and facilitator, supporting me in exploring personal insights and navigating challenges. The effectiveness of my session depends on my willingness to participate openly and to engage with any guidance or suggestions that may arise. This may include listening to the session recording and implementing any changes or reflections that feel aligned.
6. I acknowledge that any transformation or clarity I experience is the result of my own openness and integration process.
7. I have the right to stop the session at any time and I understand that once the session begins, there will be absolutely no refunds provided.
8. My session will be recorded for later use and Jessica Castro retains the copyright of these recordings. I understand that in these types of sessions the energy in the room can affect the equipment and the recording, sometimes resulting in static or blank recordings and there will be no refunds for blank or inaudible recordings.
9. During Empowerment Sessions, valuable insights or universal themes may emerge that have the potential to inspire or support others. I give Jessica Castro permission to share portions of these insights or related stories via audio, video, written or online formats provided that my name and all personal details are omitted and/or changed to maintain anonymity and confidentiality.
10. I hereby release and discharge Jessica Castro from any and all damages or claims of liability of any nature arising out of or in connection with my session with Jessica Castro.
