The annual MCAV Get-together (G2G) will be held at Molyullah Recreation Reserve, from 17th-19thOctober 2025. Venue Address is: 115 Centre Rd Molyullah VIC. This form is an application form only. Acceptance of your stall will be in writing from the Stall’s Co-ordinator. Stalls must be on site by Thursday 16th October between the hours of 12noon-5pm to enable safe site setup before the patrons arrive at 9am Friday morning. All stall holders must be able to provide to the MCAV a copy of Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance, Products Liability Insurance, and if applicable WorkCover Insurance. In addition food stall holders will need to provide the relevant permits for a temporary food premises in the Benalla Rural City with the application form. Food stalls: $450 - 3 x3 $550 - 3 x 6 $650 - 6 x 6 Display / merchandise stalls: $150 - 3x3 $200 - 3x6 $300 - 6x6 Saturday Market Day stalls * applies only to October 18. Stall must not exceed 3 x3. Stall must be quick and easy to assemble/disassemble. This price includes 1 day ticket, no camping no power. $50 - 3 x 3 POWER IS AN ADDITIONAL $50 PER STALL

FOOD AND TRADE STALLS: Number of staff you will be bringing to the event. 2 staff tickets are included in the price of the stall, additional staff are charged at $50 per person max of 4. Additional staff tickets can be requested via stalls@mcav.com.au
PLEASE NOTE:

Stall holders might not be able to camp behind their stalls due to the smaller event site so please be prepared for this.

Cancellation fees apply:

- within 20 days – 50% of the site fee.

- within 14 days 100% of the site fee.

Toilet and potable water (not to be sold) will be available for stall holders.

Filling out of an application form does not guarantee a site. All vendors will be approved in writing by the stalls Co-ordinator.

This year we have heavily reduced our pricing in an effort to allow more stalls to attend. There will be some crossover between stall products. Please consider this when making your applicaiotn. Workshirts are not to permitted to be sold as MCAV sells these with our own branding.
