    LJI is a Christian ministry organization and we require all employees to either agree with and actively practice orthodox Christianity as defined in LJI’s Statement of Faith, or at least to agree to conform their conduct to Christian moral values. Therefore, this application, as well as any candidate interviews, will include inquiries about a candidate’s Christian faith and practice.
