    This agreement is made between Clinton-Massie Youth Baseball & Softball (CMYBS) and the vendor named below for participation in scheduled events on the Clinton-Massie campus.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Event Participation The vendor agrees to participate as a food/beverage provider during scheduled CMYBS events on the dates listed above.
    2. Donation Requirement CMYBS requires a 10% donation of the vendor’s total gross sales from each event attended.The donation must be submitted within two (2) weeks of the event date. Payment must be made via check payable to: Clinton-Massie Youth Baseball & Softball. Checks should be delivered to a designated CMYBS board member or mailed to the address provided upon event confirmation.
    3. Licensing & InsuranceVendor is responsible for complying with all state and local health department regulations and must carry appropriate licenses and liability insurance. Proof of valid licensing/insurance may be requested by CMYBS.
    4. Set-Up & Clean-Up Vendor must arrive in time to set up prior to the event start and must leave the area clean and free of trash or debris.
    5. Conduct Vendor agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and family-friendly manner at all times. CMYBS reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave or deny future participation if these standards are not met.
    6. Space & Power CMYBS may not provide electrical hookups or water access. Vendor must be self-sufficient unless other arrangements are made in writing.
    7. Cancellation / No-Show Policy Vendors must notify CMYBS at least 48 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled event. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in exclusion from future participation.
    8. Indemnification Clause Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Clinton-Massie Youth Baseball & Softball, its board members, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising from vendor operations during the event, including but not limited to injury, food safety issues, or equipment malfunctions.
    9. Weather-Related Cancellations In the event of a weather-related cancellation, CMYBS will notify vendors as soon as possible. No donation is expected if the event is canceled prior to the vendor opening for service.
    10. Permits & Fire Safety Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining any required permits, including fire safety permits or inspections, if cooking with open flame, propane, or other combustible materials. Proof of compliance may be requested.
