Code of Conduct: All youth and parents must show respect to coaches, staff, fellow athletes, and property. Abusive language, bullying, harassment, or violent behavior will not be tolerated. Athletes must follow instructions given by coaching staff at all times. Attendance and Punctuality: Youth are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions on time. If unable to attend, students or parents must notify the academy within a 48 hour notice. Repeated unexcused absences may result in termination from training or loss of academy privileges. Dress Code and Equipment: Proper sports attire and footwear must be worn during each session. Safety gear (if required) must be used at all times. Personal equipment must be marked and taken care of. THK is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Health and Safety: Students must inform the academy of any medical conditions, injury, or illness before participating. First aid will be administered in case of minor injuries; emergency services will be contacted for serious cases. Fees and Refund Policy: Programming is free but in order to secure youth slot - a legal guardian must attend orientation. Submitted application does not guarantee entry. Media and Promotion: The academy may take photographs and videos during session to promote use. Students/parents must notify the academy in writing if they do not consent to this. Parental involvement: Parents are encouraged to support and motivate their children but should not interfere during sessions. Concerns and feedback must be directed to academy staffing outside of training times. *
