Agreement and Authorisation
We, the undersigned, confirm that the information provided herein is accurate. We accept that MRS Consultants reserve the right to decline the application if the information is found to be inaccurate, or if the marriage cannot be officiated in accordance with Islamic sharia law.

We agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of £100 on submission of this form. The full cost of the Islamic Marriage Package (less the deposit) is due one week before the ceremony date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full T&Cs can be found at mrsconsultants.co.uk
