We are so excited to have you join us for this year's Back to School Bash!

The event is OUTSIDE. You are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes. Rain or shine - be prepared for whatever the weather may bring. Vendors are responsible for bringing TENT, TABLE, and CHAIRS for their booth. Please reach out to cteale@ccfok.org if you need help with any of these items.

LOCATION: 100 S. Elm ~ 200 S. Elm, Sapulpa OK 74066

EVENT SCHEDULE:

7:00 a.m. - 8:00 A.M. | Vendor check-in & Set-up

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Vendor Hospitality Suite Available

9:00am - 12:00 p.m. | Back to School Bash (Student must be present to receive school supplies.)

12:00 p.m. | Tear-down & Clean-up

Please help remove trash and debris from around your booth and place into trash receptacles.
