If it is found, the client is subject to be fined up to $1000, we reserve the right to decide whether to keep the bar going, .The venue will charge an excessive cleaning fee. This includes, broken glass, furniture, bodily fluids. This fee may vary.No confetti or party poppers, "orbeez" are allowed anywhere on the property.As the client, you are assuming responsibility for all damaged/broken property.Rosedale/Zest Staff will not be responsible for supervising any children during the event.
