This is the vendor application form required to become a vendor for the Renaissance Faire being hosted by The Elks. The event will be hosted on September 20th, 2025 from 12 PM - 8 PM. Set up time starts at 8 AM on September 20th.

When paying on Cashapp, please use "Payment for (insert name) for Ren Faire" as the note. If you do not have Cashapp, we accept Paypal as well and can make arrangements for cash payments.

Payment must be made at the time of sign up in order to qualify. Refunds will ONLY be given up to 30 days before the event. You will not receive a refund if you decide not to set up.

$35 application fee for vendors + $5 raffle item of your choice

$50 application fee for food vendors + one free food item of your choice

You MUST bring your own canopy/tent (if you decide you need one). Tents will not be provided for individuals.
