The Society Christian Counseling CLIENT AGREEMENT

SERVICES PROVIDED

The Counselor agrees to provide Christian counseling sessions incorporating biblical principles, practical guidance, and supportive conversation.

Counseling is not clinical therapy and does not replace medical or psychological care.

Session Format

• Each counseling service/package includes between 2 and 11 sessions, based on the Client’s selection.
• Sessions are approximately [50-60 minutes] long and held (by phone/virtually)
  
• The schedule will be mutually agreed upon. Sessions must be completed within [e.g., 60-90 days] from the start date.

FEES & PAYMENT

• The total fees range from $175-$997
• Payments are due: In full before the first session
•  In two equal installments (first due before Session 1; second due before last session or monthly payments as communicated between client and counselor.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the Counselor.
• No refunds will be issued once the program has begun, except under special circumstances as determined by the Counselor.
   

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared will remain confidential, except as required by law (e.g., danger to self or others, child abuse, court order).

As a Christian counselor, guidance may include references to Scripture and prayer.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be open and committed to the process.
• Participate fully in sessions and complete any assignments.
• Understand that spiritual growth and personal transformation are gradual processes.

TERMINATION

This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. Any outstanding balance must be paid by the Client.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Counselor shall not be liable for any decisions or actions the Client takes based on counseling. The Client is responsible for their own well-being.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
