The undersigned acknowledges that all workouts and exercises conducted by UNITY Fitness Harbourfront and its associated entities are undertaken at their own risk. The undersigned hereby waives any claim or liabilities against UNITY Fitness, including its owner(s), officers, directors, agents, franchises, franchisor, or employees, for any injuries, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from the use UNITY Fitness services or facilities on the premises, or any action performed by UNITY Fitness, its owner(s), officers, directors, agents, franchises, franchisor, or employee, in accordance with this Agreement.
The undersigned hereby grants UNITY Fitness/LIVunLtd and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the undersigned or in which the undersigned may be included, for editorial, trade, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The undersigned hereby releases UNITY Fitness/LIVunLtd and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
