    DogConnectors is a performance-driven agency built exclusively for pet brands. We have helped scale 45+ DTC pet brands using paid social, CRO, email marketing, and strategic growth systems.

    We are rapidly evolving our model to empower Growth Strategists - operators who oversee and drive all major levers of brand success, supported by a systems-first approach.

    ROLE SUMMARY

    You'll manage a portfolio of 6-8 pet brand clients.

    You will act as the primary growth owner - running Meta ads, using Al-driven creative tools, updating landing pages through templates, working across email marketing, and most importantly, building strong, strategic client relationships.

    You'll be trained and supported with systems, but your success depends on your ability to own the strategy, execution, and communication for your brands.

    WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

    Meta Advertising: Build, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across multiple
    brands. 

    Creative Development: Use AI tools like Icon.Me to generate videos and statics ads

    Landing Pages: Customize Replo website templates with strategic copy and visual assets

    Client Communication: Lead weekly strategy calls, deliver performance reports, proactively problem-solve

    Strategic Offer Testing: Plan and launch new offers, landing page angles, creative

    Cross-Channel Understanding: Collaborate with Google Ads, Chewy Ads, SEO, and Direct Mail teams (little to no execution required, but basic working knowledge expected)

  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • 2+ years experience in eCommerce media buying (Meta platform required).
    • Strong client communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
    • Direct response creative sense: strong ability to write hooks, headlines, and ad copy.
    • Working knowledge of Shopify platform operations (checkout, apps, reporting, etc
    • Familiarity with basic CRO and landing page best practices
    • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Chewy Ads, SEO, and Direct Mail concepts (most execution handled by specialized teams)
    • Comfortable using Al creative generation tools (Icon.Me or similar)
    • Organized, accountable, and capable of managing 6-8 brands without confusion
    • Ability to set up Meta ad accounts from scratch and structure properly
    • Bonus: Familiarity with Klaviyo email marketing and segmentation logic
    • Bonus: Experience with Figma or basic design editing platforms like Canva

    • Slack, Asana (for team communication and task management)

    LOGISTICS:

    • FULLY REMOTE
    • Core hours: 9 AM-5 PM Eastern Time availability window (flexibility offered)
    • Work across a portfolio totaling up to $100,000+ per month in ad spend
    • Full training provided on internal SOPs, creative systems, and growth frameworks

    Creative-First Thinker:

    You have a strong creative foundation — you’ve worked with ad creatives, copywriting, and storytelling at a high level. You understand how great visuals, strong hooks, and emotional narratives directly drive performance. (Experience designing, directing, or building creative assets — even at a smaller brand or agency — is highly valued.)


    Full-Funnel Strategist, Not Just a Buyer:
    You’re comfortable owning a brand’s growth strategy — from optimizing creatives and updating website pages to suggesting offers and refining messaging based on data. This role spans creative (using icon.me for video generation), website optimization (via Replo templates), basic email insights, and client-facing growth strategy.


    High Client Emotional Intelligence:
    You’re a clear communicator and strong relationship builder. You think like a business owner, feel confident leading strategic conversations, and can navigate founder-level discussions with ease.


    Organized and Process-Oriented:
    You thrive in structured systems. You follow SOPs and documentation closely — but you also know when to use judgment, adapt, and think outside the box when a situation calls for it. (We’ll train you on our evolving SOPs.)


    Hands-on with AI + Tools:
    You’re comfortable using tools like icon.me and Replo — not as a designer or coder, but as a strategic operator who can assemble, tweak, and launch creative assets effectively.

    Platform Knowledge:
    You know Meta ads inside and out. Bonus points if you’re familiar with Google ads, Chewy ads, Klaviyo, or basic SEO — but you won’t manage those directly. You’ll just need to collaborate intelligently with the teams who do.
