We are rapidly evolving our model to empower Growth Strategists - operators who oversee and drive all major levers of brand success, supported by a systems-first approach.
ROLE SUMMARY
You'll manage a portfolio of 6-8 pet brand clients.
You will act as the primary growth owner - running Meta ads, using Al-driven creative tools, updating landing pages through templates, working across email marketing, and most importantly, building strong, strategic client relationships.
You'll be trained and supported with systems, but your success depends on your ability to own the strategy, execution, and communication for your brands.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Meta Advertising: Build, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across multiple brands.
Creative Development: Use AI tools like Icon.Me to generate videos and statics ads
Landing Pages: Customize Replo website templates with strategic copy and visual assets
Client Communication: Lead weekly strategy calls, deliver performance reports, proactively problem-solve
Strategic Offer Testing: Plan and launch new offers, landing page angles, creative
Cross-Channel Understanding: Collaborate with Google Ads, Chewy Ads, SEO, and Direct Mail teams (little to no execution required, but basic working knowledge expected)
