VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS

Application/payment must be submitted and approved at least 20 days before the event.

SETUP TIME 7:30AM Vendors may begin setup as early as 7:30am.

READY BY 9:30AM Be setup and ready by 9:30am.

BREAKDOWN 3PM Do not disassemble booths before 3pm.

Subleasing or sharing of booth space is NOT permitted. All sales and demonstrations must take place within the rental area.

Vendors must use their assigned space or give at least 20 days’ written notice if not.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for non-usage of space or cancellation of contract.

There is NO ELECTRICAL at this venue.

RAIN OR SHINE - Pup Festival will commence. There will be NO REFUNDS for bad weather.

Cleanliness and Appearance of this event: Exhibitors must remove all garbage bags, boxes, and refuse and are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

Sale of human food and beverage is prohibited unless approved by Pup Festival LLC.

Firearms and weapon sales are strictly prohibited.

Pup Festival will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Pup Festival LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the event.

Pup Festival LLC and event managers reserve the right to modify, interpret, and enforce policies as needed to ensure the quality and consistency of the event.

VENDOR FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE EVENT. All fees are non-refundable

RULES AND REGULATIONS/CRITERIA ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WHEN AN INFRACTION HAS OCCURRED. All decisions made by Pup Festival LLC and event managers are final.

NOTE: PUP FESTIVAL LLC AND THE EVENT MANAGERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, INTERPRET, AND ENFORCE THESE POLICIES AND GUIDELINES AS DEEMED NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN CONSISTENCY AND INDIVIDUALITY OF THE EVENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL SERVED BY THE EVENT.
