Please acknowledge that you understand that the pricing chart reflects a rental fee, not a deposit. The rental fee is charged and paid prior to your event for private use of the event space and does not count toward your minimum spend/other expenditures.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the rental fee may be refunded if notice is provided at least one week prior to the event. Cancellations made less than one week prior to the event are non-refundable.

Drink Service - We brew our own craft beer in-house and offer a full range of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please select the drink service you'd like to offer your guests:
Open Bar - All drinks are covered by a master tab. Guests can order freely from the full drink menu.
Limited Bar, Fixed Number of Drinks - Set number of drinks per guest (e.g., 1 or 2 drink tickets per person).
Limited Bar, Beer Only - Only Odd Company beers will be covered by the master tab. Other drinks are paid individually by guests.
No Bar / Pay-Your-Own-Way - Guests purchase their own drinks.
