From the start of events for the 2025-26 financial year, Swimming NZ are once again offering an annual coach accreditation to make it easier and less admin for coaches to attend our SNZ competitions.
In this case, please complete this form to obtain your annual coach accreditation pass for the following events in the membership year (1 July 2025 - 30 June 2026):
2025 NZ Secondary School Swimming Championships**
2025 NZ Short Course Swimming Championships
2026 Junior Festivals (all zones)
2026 Division II Swimming Competition
2026 NZ Age Group Swimming Championships
2026 NZ Swimming Championships
And any other SNZ competition that is delivered in this financial year
To be eligible to receive your coach accreditation, we require you to have completed:
Please send through proof of completion of the above modules to events@swimming.org.nz if not already completed
Please ensure this form is complete by the dates in the table below for your pass to be ready for collection at the respective events. Note: you only need to complete this form once.

The accreditation pass will be ready for collection at the accreditation desk of the first event you attend. For those attending multiple competitions, you must remember to bring your pass to each respective event as there won't be a new pass printed.
All persons applying for accreditation have read and agree to adhere to the SNZ Member Protection Policy and SNZ Accreditation to SNZ Events (Policy 009).
