Please know that the best means of communication with me during your series of consultations (and beyond) is primarily through the member forum or your follow-up calls.
General Communications:
For most questions and follow-up the forum should be your first go-to location to search for that topic or raise a new question. If there is something that requires direct conversations for detail and clarity – we may have to speak by phone to be sure the issues and resources are clearly understood.
I provide a fair amount of documentation for you to read. Expecations are that you read it and ask questions if needed for clarification.
Mistakes happen. Tell me when they do.
Questions are welcome.
Research is expected - but not all paths and modalities align.
If you consistently implement changes or direction without communications or that not in alignment with our agreed upon strategy, it will signficantly hinder my ability to assist you effectively.
Follow-Up Appointments
Once we have completed The Comprehensive Consultation, you will be eligible to purchase follow-up appointments as needed at a discounted rate. The code for check-out will be provided in your initial consultation prep.
Follow-Up Emails (Direct Email):
Please get familiar with the “search” option in the community forum. Many of the most common questions are covered there. You may ask a question on any post or send me a private message. Email exchanges focus on troubleshooting specific issues or become more than 1-2 replies will require moving to a new consultation or quick call.
Forum Access: Direct Messages and emails should be limited to quick, one-time questions or brief clarifications. If your question requires more than 1–2 quick replies, or if it involves troubleshooting, personalized recommendations, or deeper guidance, we’ll need to schedule a follow-up call—which may be deducted from your existing package.
You will receive a discount code to join the community forum. It offers advanced content, seasonal protocol guidance, discount codes for affiliat programs & guides.
Medical Emergencies: high temperature, lethargy, pale gums, weakness, diarrhea or vomiting more 24 hours, food avoidance for more than 24 hours, blood in urine/poop/vomit, collapse, seizures, poison, etc please seek immediate assistance from your vet. I may be able to offer you first aid remedy suggestions to consider, but I cannot offer diagnostics, prescriptions or treatment plans that may require veterinary intervention. (You can read more about what you need to consider a medical emergency and some common first aid options on the forum.)
Sick Dog Programs:
If you have a dog in a fragile state or recovering from a serious health condition as we are working through nutritional changes, implementing protocols, of trying remedies you will be offered the option to upgrade your plan to 24x7 support with me if needed. This does NOT forgo your need for veterinary care.
I am truly here to help and be supportive -- but extreme circumstances of issues above have led to having to set boundaries that avoid uncomcomfortable conversations later.
