1. Vehicle Repair Authorization

I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Imported Dynamics, LLC to perform repair work on my vehicle as requested. I acknowledge that all repairs will be completed with care and expertise.

2. Power of Attorney for Draft/Payment Acceptance

I appoint Imported Dynamics, LLC as my attorney-in-fact, granting them authority to accept and endorse on my behalf any insurance checks, drafts, or bills of exchange issued as payment for the repair services provided. These funds will be deposited directly into the business account of Imported Dynamics, LLC and applied to the outstanding repair balance for my vehicle.

3. Payment Responsibility Acknowledgement

I understand that my vehicle may be released before full payment has been received by Imported Dynamics, LLC. Should I receive any insurance checks or drafts related to the completed repairs, I agree to immediately forward all such payments to Imported Dynamics, LLC.
