  • To complete this form, you will need the following information:

    Contact information for winery representative, details of wine to be donated--vintage, varietal, quantity of each of the latter to be sent, value per bottle, and total value of each respective vintage and varietal.
  • For each Wine Auction event listed below, please fill in the appropriate wine donation information. If your winery is not participating in a particular event, please leave blank.

  • River Ranch Wine Walk

    Tuesday June 24th, 2025 from 3-6PM. 150-200 guests expected, to receive tasting size portions of wine. Recommended donation amount of 1.5-2 cases of 3-4 varietals each per winery (typically, whites and roses are very popular at this event)
  • Magnum Pig Roast

    Tuesday June 24th, 6:30-9PM. Expected guest attendance of 100, including vintners. Recommended donation amount of 2 Magnums or 1 Magnum & 2 Bottles of White or Rose or 3-4 Bottles of White or Rose
  • Vintner Adventures

    Wednesday, June 25th.
  • Paddle & Pour

    Around 20 guests expected. Whites, Roses, and Light Reds expected to be popular. Recommended donation of 6 Bottles of 1-2 Varietals
  • Swing & Sip

    Recommended donation of 2-3 Bottles of 1-2 Varietals for tasting at end of event.
  • Cycle and Sip

    Around 60 Bikers expected. Recommended donation amount of 8 Bottles of 2-3 Varietals each.
  • Vintner Dinner

    Wednesday, June 25th. 2-3 Cases of 3-4 Varietals Recommended, PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR DINNER CHEF BEFORE MAKING SELECTION
  • Vintners & Visionaries

    Wednesday, June 25th. 30 guests expected, recommended donation of 6 Bottles of 2-3 Varieties.
  • Gala

    June 26th. All vintners have the opportunity to pour or provide 1-2 Cases of 1-2 varietals during the cocktail hour and after dinner. Please bring 2-3 bottles extra of the vintage/varietal you would like to be poured during the dinner service. PLEASE NOTE: Due to venue constraints, Vintners will not be seated with guests at the gala tables this year. Each vintner should provide 2-3 extra bottles to be placed between 2-3 tables during the dinner portion of the auction. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Gala Cocktail Hour Wine

    To be poured by vintners before and after the dinner/auction portion of the evening.
  • Table Wine

    2-3 Bottles to be dispersed between 2-3 tables during the dinner/auction portion of the evening.
  • Shipping Information

    Please find all pertinent shipping information in the document attached below. As noted in the document, please print and attach copies of it to each case you send to Cobalt for consolidation. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED TO YOU, PLEASE SEND ALL WINE TO COBALT FOR CONSOLIDATION.
