This Intent to Register with EFHA form must be filled out by any new to Hockey players and any players who are have not registered with EFHA in the previous season. Prior to being able to register, the player's Hockey Canada Registry file must be transferred from the player's current organziation to EFHA. Once that is complete you will be able to register. This process can take 2-5 days. Transfer requests are not able to start until June 1 as set by Hockey Alberta.
Whether you are new to hockey, transferring to EFHA (for the season or to tryout for a AA team) or recently moved to Edmonton, you are required to fill out a Parent Declaration Form. You must include at least two documents that are proof of residency (utility bill, driver’s license, mortgage/rental agreement etc.). Please make sure to include this email address in the forward submission section in order for the registrar to receive the form. registrar@femalehockeyalliance.ca

If you are transferring to EFHA from an organization outside of Edmonton (except in the case of a move to Edmonton), please fill out a Player Movement form as well. Please have the form filled out fully and signed by your Home organization. Send the completed form back to the EFHA registrar at registrar@femalehockeyalliance.ca
