Consent & Participation Agreement
Welcome to Mothers Circle—a weekly support group for postpartum moms facilitated by Meg DeGregorio, LICSW. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Group Purpose
  This group is intended to provide emotional support, shared experiences, and connection for postpartum mothers. It is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Confidentiality
  You agree to keep anything shared by other participants private and confidential. While confidentiality is expected, it cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group setting.
3. Voluntary Participation
  Participation in the group is completely voluntary. You may choose to stop attending at any time.
4. Payment & Attendance
  A fee is required to reserve your spot. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless canceled in advance.
5. Emergency Situations
  This group is not equipped to respond to crises or emergencies. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or contact a local mental health or crisis support line.
