  • We are committed to ethical data stewardship and will never use your information for marketing or external purposes.

    This agreement is entered into voluntarily between The Republic Project ("TRP") and the undersigned Participant (Donor, Advisor, Collaborator, Volunteer, or Affiliate), collectively referred to as the Parties.

    With the shared goal of advancing truth, accountability, and constitutional integrity, the Parties agree to engage in open collaboration while protecting proprietary information.

    1. Purpose

    The Republic Project is a private initiative committed to constitutional oversight, legislative transparency, and civic accountability. This agreement ensures that confidential and proprietary information shared during collaboration remains protected.

    2. Confidential Information Includes (but is not limited to):

    ● Unreleased investigative reports, summaries, and findings
    ● Source materials, research compilations, and internal analyses
    ● Early-stage platform concepts, oversight structures, and strategic outlines
    ● Unpublished media, communications strategies, public launch plans
    ● Internal project discussions, meetings, and workflow processes

    (Note: Certain proprietary technical systems, coding structures, scoring models, and sensitive donor data are reserved for trusted leadership and Board-level access only, and are not included in initial participant access.)

    3. Agreement to Maintain Confidentiality

    By participating in The Republic Project, you agree:

    ● Not to disclose, replicate, or distribute any confidential material without written permission.
    ● To use confidential information solely in support of TRP’s mission.
    ● To protect sensitive content and respect multi-stage access privileges based on role and responsibility.
    ● To avoid unauthorized copying, sharing, or reverse-engineering of project materials.

    4. Ownership

    All research, reports, materials, and proprietary tools developed by or for TRP remain the intellectual property of The Republic Project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    5. Duration

    This agreement remains in effect indefinitely, including after your participation ends, unless otherwise released in writing by TRP leadership.

    6. Exceptions

    This agreement does not apply to:

    ● Information that becomes publicly available without breach.
    ● Information independently developed or known prior to participation.
    ● Information legally compelled to be disclosed (with prior notice to TRP when possible).

    7. Remedies

    Any breach of this agreement may result in:

    ● Immediate removal from The Republic Project,
    ● Revocation of access,
    ● Possible legal action including injunctive relief or damages.

    8. Friendly Intent

    This agreement is meant to foster trust, protect integrity, and enable open collaboration while safeguarding sensitive mission-critical information.

    9. Future Opportunities

    Signatories may optionally express interest in future paid roles with The Republic Project or its affiliates, including but not limited to fundraising, grant writing, communications, technical operations, or strategic leadership. Such roles, if offered, will be merit-based and mission-aligned.

    10. Signature & Acknowledgment

    By signing below, you agree to uphold the confidentiality and integrity of The Republic Project and the terms described herein.
