Step into an atmosphere of bold, creative ministry during The Overflow™ Pre-Show & Artist Showcase—a dynamic platform designed to spotlight Kingdom talent across genres and generations. This high-energy experience features gospel artists, choirs, Christian Hip-Hop performers, praise dancers, mimes, and clean comedians, all ministering with excellence and passion.

This showcase is more than a performance—it's a launching pad for visibility, impact, and purpose-driven elevation.

What to Expect:
Live performances across multiple ministry expression.
Red/Blue Carpet experience with media and photo ops
3–5 minute showcase slots for each participant
Family-friendly, Spirit-filled entertainment
Audience engagement and industry exposure

The Prize:
One standout act—either a Gospel/artist/group/chorus or Christian Hip-Hop artist/group/chorus—will be awarded a $5,000 Radio Servicing Package* from RWMS GROUP, including placement on 500 stations (non-monetary value), selected by a panel of 3 industry judges, including Dr. Emcee N.I.C.E.

Participation Fee:
$50 for solo acts or groups of 9 or less
$75 for groups/choirs of 10 or more

Please read and acknowledge the following rules for participation in The Overflow™ Pre-Show & Artist Showcase:
Participation Requirements: (All fees Non-refundable and Non-transferable)

Registration and payment must be completed to secure your slot.
$50 fee: Individuals or groups with 9 or fewer members.
$75 fee: Groups or choirs with 10+ members.

Performance Time

3–5 minutes max. Going over may affect judging.

Performance Criteria

All content must be Christ-centered and family-appropriate.
No profanity, inappropriate lyrics, or disruptive conduct.
Live vocals or backing tracks allowed (submit track in advance).

Prize

Media & Promotion

Each act will receive a flyer and interview feature.
All participants agree to media usage (video/photo) for promotion.

Vendor Tables

Available upon request (must bring your own table cover/display).
No unauthorized items or inappropriate sales.

Soundcheck & Setup

Begins at 12:00 PM on event day.
Arrive by 1:15 PM for Blue Carpet check-in & tech prep.
Submit music files no later than June 17.
